We are bombarded with toxins & how to get toxin-free.

​TOXINS   Hey, Linda for Bandoo here,   Every day we’re bombarded with toxins and harmful chemicals present in processed foods, soft drinks, and, thanks to pollution, even the air itself.  Sadly, unless you live in the woods and live a 100% natural lifestyle far away from pollution, you won’t be able to stay toxin-free.  However, some healthy habits will help reduce your exposure and lead a healthier life. Let’s get to know them! 1. Cut down alcohol When breaking down alcohol, our bodies produce acetaldehydes – harmful cancer-causing compounds along with a host of other toxins, especially if you drink excessively. On top of that, alcohol manages your liver, which does a lot of the heavy lifting of cleaning your body.  2. Stay hydrated! I’m sure you know why water is important to your body. But did you know that it is essential for detoxing? Staying properly hydrated will help the body transport waste products out of it through urine, sweat, and the like.  3. Your body works overtime when you sleep While we sleep, our bodies work hard to get rid of waste like beta-amyloid from our brains. This protein heavily contributes to Alzheimer’s disease. On top of that, you’re reducing the risk of anxiety, stress, blood pressure, and diabetes while your body gets cleaned up.  4. Prebiotics are your friend You’re not the only one living in your body. Every one of us is home to billions of bacteria, and most of them are in our gut. Now don’t worry, most of them aren’t bad. However, a poor eating pattern can cause an imbalance. Eating probiotic-rich foods will help you increase the number of good gut bacteria, so they can do their job detoxing your body.  5. Live a more active lifestyle Staying active will help reduce inflammation in your body, which in turn will help your natural detoxification systems function at peak performance, helping keep your body toxin-free. I have tried this product and I know that when you wake up in the morning and if you take them out, they are dark black. Is it really toxins ? Not sure but I think that this company is authentic. If you can buy yourself a foot spa, be my guest, cause it helps to feel relaxed, clean up your tired feets, you can add to the water, seaweed (toxins), salts (energize), other products available for this purpose. I use to pay for a foot treatment, 40$, but now with the budget problem, I do it myself, you can cut your nails, you can soak your feet while looking at your cellular, mditate, listen to the radio, tv, etc, you can also scrub with special object that takes away the dead skin.

Usually never go over 20 minutes, the same applies to a bath, the water temperature is also very important, watch out to not put very hot water if you experience high pressure, the same in a shower. Look up on internet for any info you need or consult your doctor before trying anything new you are not accustomed to if you have health problems.

If you feel like Bug’s bunny down here, please try something to get energized or get rid of your toxins as much as possible. It takes time to recover your health features. Time is all we have, choose wisely how your spend it, especially in futile stuff instead of your health, your health is what is the most important thing in your life, love, food choices, etc. Money can’t buy you love, but money can buy you health.
